1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 777xx ("777xx," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://777xx.app and all associated gaming services, products, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

Access to the 777xx Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that specific promotion only.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Use of the 777xx Platform for real-money gambling activities is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform for real-money gambling. This age requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gambling activities in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager or engaging in any real-money gaming activity.

777xx employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the age and identity of all registered players. 777xx reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Account Registration

To participate in real-money gaming on 777xx, you must register a valid account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on 777xx. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. 777xx shall not be liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 777xx will not ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify 777xx immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

777xx is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to enabling full deposit functionality. You will be required to submit government-issued identification and, where applicable, proof of address and payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in restricted account functionality.

4. Deposits & Payments

777xx accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and Cryptocurrency. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• 777xx does not accept deposits from credit facilities or credit cards. Only debit-linked or e-wallet accounts are accepted.
• Deposits credited to your 777xx account may only be used for legitimate gaming activity on the Platform. Any attempt to use the Platform as a payment processing facility without genuine gambling activity constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• 777xx uses SSL encryption for all financial transactions. However, 777xx shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your payment credentials that occurs outside of the 777xx Platform.

5. Withdrawals

Requests for withdrawal of funds from your 777xx account are subject to the following terms:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to fund your account, or to a verified personal bank account or e-wallet.
• All outstanding KYC verification requirements must be satisfied before any withdrawal is approved.
• Any active bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements will not be released as part of a withdrawal. Only cleared real-money balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 5 to 30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

777xx offers various bonuses and promotions to its players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions are specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to comply with these restrictions may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorized by 777xx.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly multiplayer or live dealer games.
• Engaging in any form of card counting, exploit, or systematic strategy that is deemed to constitute abuse of the Platform's game mechanics.

• Allowing any third party to access or use your account, or accessing any third party's account.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 777xx staff or other players.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Interruptions or technical failures of the Platform or third-party game providers;

• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials;

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 777xx's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12. Suspension & Termination

777xx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false registration information, failure to complete KYC verification, chargebacks initiated against 777xx, or any conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its player community. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (net of pending bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following applicable verification procedures, unless the balance is subject to forfeiture due to a Terms violation.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through 777xx's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

777xx may revise these Terms at any time. When changes are material, 777xx will endeavor to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or via email to your registered address. Your continued use of the 777xx Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revision, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting 777xx customer support.
