Payment card data (full card numbers, CVVs) is never collected or stored directly by 777xx — payment processing is handled by certified third-party payment processors.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

6.1 Service Providers

Third-party vendors engaged by 777xx to provide services integral to the Platform, including game studios, payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, cryptocurrency processors), identity verification services, customer support software providers, and IT infrastructure providers. All such vendors are bound by data processing agreements that restrict their use of your data to the services they provide to 777xx.

6.2 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities

7. Data Retention

• KYC and identity verification records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years.
• Account and gaming records are retained for a minimum of two (2) years following account closure.
• Communications records are retained for a minimum of one (1) year.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in a manner that prevents re-identification.

11. Minors and Age Restrictions

The 777xx Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. 777xx does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If 777xx becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21, the account will be immediately closed and all associated personal data deleted, except where retention is required by law. Parents or guardians who believe their child may have registered on the 777xx Platform are encouraged to contact 777xx support immediately.

12. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of 777xx's third-party service providers — including game studios, cloud infrastructure providers, and security vendors — may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, 777xx ensures that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards consistent with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the rules of the National Privacy Commission, including contractual data protection clauses that obligate the receiving party to apply data protection standards equivalent to those applicable in the Philippines.

13. Changes to This Policy

777xx reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time. When material changes are made, 777xx will notify registered players via the Platform or via email to the address associated with their 777xx account. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not accept a revised Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting 777xx support.
